Lambic breweries are organising 12th edition of the legendary Toer de Geuze

Bus ticket sales has started

Since 1997, the High Council for Craft Lambic Beers (HORAL) organizes the Tour de Geuze every two years. This open brewery weekend has since become the largest beer event in the Belgian province of Flemish Brabant. Six companies (Boon, De Troch, Lindemans, Oud Beersel, Tilquin and Timmermans) and the visitor center De Lambiek can be visited on both Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 May, 2019. On Sunday 5th May, also De Cam, Hanssens and Mort Subite will open their doors.

Access to all participating companies and De Lambiek is free of charge. There is no need to book anywhere on beforehand to visit to the brewing and storage facilities.

One can do the tour with one's own means of transport (car, bike...), or one can book a seat on one of the Toer de Geuze buses. Tickets can be booked via www.toerdegeuze.be.

The High Council for Craft Lambic Beers (HORAL) was founded in 1997. The non-profit association unites almost all lambic breweries and gueuze blenderies in the provinces Flemish Brabant and Walloon Brabant (Belgium). The brewers association promotes traditional lambic beers, in particular ‘oude geuze’ and ‘oude kriek’, and also takes initiatives to protect these beers.
